Jeff McKinney is President of Bromac Construction Company, Inc. He personally supervises each home that Bromac
builds. Jeff has over twenty years of experience in the construction of custom homes.
"My goal is to make each Bromac home the best it can be," says Jeff. "Working with our clients to make their
dream home a reality is both challenging and exciting."
Jeff is active with the local branch of Habitat for Humanity. He has been certified through the Graduate
Builder's Institute, which is sponsored by the Home Builder's Association of Virginia.
Philip McKinney is Vice President of Bromac Construction. He works with our clients to take their hopes, desires
and needs and transform them into a home of outstanding comfort and value. "I enjoy taking a client's vision of
their future home and drawing it into reality," says Philip. "Communication is the key to building a home that
fits each family's unique lifestyle."
Philip can modify existing floor plans or design "from the ground up." He keeps current on all the newest trends
and products in the building trades, with an eye towards value-engineering, energy-efficiency and low
maintenance. Philip has been certified through the Graduate Builder's Institute and participates in their
continuing education program.
Colin Campbell is secretary and treasurer of Bromac Construction. He ensures that the legal and financial
aspects of the project are handled smoothly and accurately. Colin works with the client and the lender through
the creation and execution of the contract documents.
"I enjoy working with all the people responsible for making the client's home a reality," says Colin. "My goal
is to make the process easy and understandable for the client."
Colin is a continuing student at the Graduate Builder's Institute, as well as the Corporate & Professional
Development Center of J. Sargent Reynolds Community College.
